Welcome to the Inspire Programme for Years 9, 10 & 11! This programme is open to pupils in Years 9-11 from non-selective UK state schools. For full details of the programme, please see the Inspire Digital website here.

The pupil regsitration form can be found here. We will need your consent for your child’s participation; to do this please complete the following form before 30th November 2021. We are unable to enrol any pupils onto the programme without this.

Data Protection and Retention

In order to participate in the programme, St John’s College Oxford will collect and store the following information about your child: Personal details (Name, date of birth, postcode, gender, email address, school), and the following information about you: Personal details (Name, email address). Your email address will only be used for communication about your child’s involvement in the Inspire Programme for Years 9, 10 & 11. We will not contact you for any other purpose without your permission.

Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT)

Your child’s data will also be entered into the Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT). To find out all the specific details of how data stored in HEAT is used please read our privacy notice, which can be found here.
