UK-PHRST Data Collection, Management and Analysis Tool Finder Survey

Welcome to the UK-PHRST 'Data Collection, Management and Analysis Tool Finder' Feedback Survey.

This survey is designed to provide feedback on the Data Collection, Management and Analysis Tool Finder developed by The Global Health Network in collaboration with the UK-Public Health Rapid Support Team (UK-PHRST) and hosted on the UK-PHRST Knowledge Sharing Hub (uk-phrst.tghn.org/.

We welcome feedback from users of this online app, both from the perspective of content and comprehension through to usability of the app functionality. Your feedback will be used to help shape and inform future development.

The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and you do not have to provide feedback should you choose not to. Survey responses will not be shared publicly and will be for our internal use only.
