Request for access to the Persian Studies Section

Permission to store personal information on file in Wadham College Library

I agree that my personal information and images can be stored on file in the library at Wadham College for the duration of my registered membership of the Persian Studies Section plus one full calendar year. I understand that the information and images will be stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

Please note that Wadham College Library stores photographs of all its currently registered users. Staff will consult the photographs when viewing CCTV footage in order to identify any readers who take a library book out of the library in an unauthorised way. This applies to all Persian Studies Section books which are confined to the Library and not available for loan.
