This form is to ask for your details in advance of Outreach workshops that we are delivering directly, or in partnership with your daughter's/son's/ward's school or college.  We ask for these details as part of our targeting, to monitor the coverage of our work.

With regard to GDPR, we (Oxford for North East - Christ Church, St Anne's College & Trinity College) will be collecting: 

• Your name, email address, and other basic information.
• Protected personal data including your postcode, gender, and date of birth, and demographic information such as ethnicity. 

With your consent, we will use this information to organise and deliver our online workshops, as well as evaluating their impact and reach and targeting our wider outreach programme. Your personal information will not be shared with any external parties.

The University of Oxford is your data controller. Oxford for North East will retain your personal and evaluative information indefinitely to help us co-ordinate future programmes. You have the rights under GDPR to withdraw your consent, access your data, object to its use, and to correct any inaccuracies.
