We are looking for volunteers to take part in an anonymous online study.
We are investigating the role of mental imagery – or ‘pictures in your mind’ - in obsessive compulsive disorder. In particular, we are interested in the role that mental imagery might play in the extent to which people do or do not have experiences often called obsessions or compulsions. We are hoping to develop a deeper understanding of how mental imagery may contribute to distress in these problems, with the hope of helping future research enhance and improve treatments for obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Who can take part?
- We are interested in hearing from anyone aged 18 and over as we are interested in hearing from people with a full range of experiences - so we are really interested in hearing from you whether or not you consider yourself to be someone who experiences mental images.
What is involved?
- Completing an anonymous series of questionnaires online (20-30 mins)
