Survey and Consent Information

You are invited to participate in a research study investigating data sharing principles and practices in the transplant community. This study is led by the Peter Morris Centre for Evidence in Transplantation (www.transplantevidence.com). The purpose of this study is to understand how transplant professionals feel about sharing anonymised clinical trial data and the conventions for data sharing in transplantation. Your responses will help us better understand this and will contribute to developing better tools and processes for sharing data in transplantation. 

This questionnaire will take approximatley 5 min to complete. 

We request that you complete the survey as fully as possible. All information provided during the survey will be anonymous and we have no way of identifying your particular responses. We will not link your survey responses to you in any way and we request that you don’t add any identifying information on the survey. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you may choose to withdraw from participation at anytime during the survey.
