1. Students registered with the University's Disability Advisory Service may apply for support towards academic-related costs of equipment (up to £200 per annum), photocopying and consumables (up to £50).

2. DO NOT use this form for Fast Track language course (formerly OPAL) reimbursement applications; please see 'Support for Language Centre Programmes' on the College website (Undergraduate Finance page) for details & application form.

3. If you wish to apply for more than one grant at the same time, please submit a separate application for each grant. Be sure to make a note in each application of the other grant applied for.
